Biography
Adam Powell is the Executive Vice President of Project Management for CIG Consulting and has over 15 years of Real Estate Development and Project Management experience. Adam is rigidly organized and straight-forward. He approaches things in a logistical and analytical manner. He is skillful at finding solutions to complex problems and combating a clever plan to get through any challenge.
Mr. Powell has a diverse background in real estate, development and project management having past served as the Regional Director for a land development group as well as leadership within a large global real estate services firm. Adam actively managed one of the largest occupied renovations in the Atlanta area for Georgia Pacific. He oversaw the full demolition and build-back of 520,000 SF along with full infrastructure and technology upgrades to the base-building and tenant area. To date, Adam has managed over 2,500,000 square feet of commercial interior build outs totaling over $250,000,000.
In addition to corporate interior project management, he has unique experience in the technology sector building out data centers and a sensitive compartmented information facility.
