Biography
Chuck Richardson is the Founder and President of CIG Consulting. He founded CIG in 2018 with a single goal in mind: to build a commercial project management firm that represents the owner and no one else. After a career spanning more than 25 years in commercial construction and real estate services, Chuck saw firsthand how often the interests of tenants, buyers, and end users got lost in the room. CIG was built to close that gap.
Chuck leads every engagement with a focus on integrity, radical transparency, and client advocacy. He is the primary point of contact for CIG's largest accounts and stays actively engaged from strategy through project closeout. His leadership style balances big-picture strategic thinking with an operator's attention to detail, giving clients confidence that the person setting the direction is also the person accountable for the outcome.
Chuck's project experience spans corporate office, industrial, healthcare, and manufacturing environments across the Southeast, with a particular focus on Greater Atlanta. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and remains active in Atlanta's commercial real estate community.
