Biography
Matt Nama is the Vice President of Project Management at CIG Consulting. Matt brings deep expertise in vendor coordination, budget control, and construction administration to every project he touches. His background gives him a natural feel for the details that quietly move projects forward, from procurement schedules to contract exhibits to invoice reconciliation.
Matt is known for keeping the numbers honest. He tracks change orders, buyout variances, and progress billings against the approved budget line by line, so owners always know where they stand. When issues surface, he brings the vendor and the design team into the same conversation and drives to a decision instead of letting the schedule drift.
Matt is a graduate of Liberty University and a Georgia native. Before joining CIG, he worked in vendor coordination and project administration roles across commercial and industrial construction, giving him a practical understanding of how contractors, architects, and owners actually work together on real projects.
